Prices on the listings are “asking prices” which are the offered prices or “sticker prices” for the space, before any negotiation takes place. Space owners are often willing to negotiate and accept less than the asking price if you take a lease of 6 months or more (for coworking, serviced offices, and surplus space). Discounts are generally based on the length of your license or lease, how many people you have in your company, the health of your company, etc. Space owners of long-term spaces are also open to negotiation.
Asking prices for day pass are generally not negotiable. Some coworking spaces and serviced offices offer a free day pass which you can claim through GorillaSpace.
